Welcome to Catalina Dive Shop, a year-round
dive shop located on beautiful Catalina Island, just 22 miles off the coast of
Southern California.
We want your diving experience in the waters surrounding Catalina Island to be
a memorable and carefree one.
We offer an array of scuba services ranging from introductory dives for those
who have never tried scuba, guided scuba tours of the Avalon Underwater Dive
Park, as well as a full range of equipment rentals. If you prefer a boat dive,
we can also make those arrangements for you. We have Dive Masters and Instructors
available to accompany you on your vessel who are familiar with the waters surrounding
the island and can take you to some of the most memorable dive sites in the Pacific.
For those who are not certified, we offer dive classes as well as advanced classes
after certification. Included in your scuba tour, intro dive or equipment rental
package is transportation to and from the Casino Underwater Dive Park.
 CDS is proud to be the only dive shop on Catalina Island that offers a scuba
camp for kids. Catalina Scuba Camp is a scuba development program for kids ages
8 - 12. Kids learn to dive in the ocean using real diving equipment that has
been tailored for use by kids.
For those in your party who do not scuba dive, we also offer guided snorkeling
tours in the Lover's Cove Marine Preserve or snorkeling equipment rentals on-site
at Lover's Cove. The Lover's Cove location is open daily from Memorial Day weekend
through Labor Day weekend.
