There’s always more to discover at Lover’s Cove, a protected marine preserve just minutes from the heart of Avalon. Each year, thousands of snorkelers take the plunge into its sheltered waters, where bright garibaldi, curious kelp bass and dramatic sheephead make their homes in amber kelp forests. Our live Cove Cam will let you check out the above water antics at Lovers Cove no matter where you are. Operated by generator, the Cove Cam is available whenever our equipment rental shop is open – everyday in the summer and weather permitting in the winter.
